Spooktacular Fun at Our Halloween Charity Bash
Last week, the Springvale care home community came together for a day of Halloween fun and heartfelt giving, and what a Spooktacular success it was! Our Charity Halloween Bash was a fantastic opportunity for residents, their loved ones, and members of the local community to celebrate together while supporting an incredible cause.
The event was held at the local Memorial Hall, which we transformed into a hauntingly festive venue filled with costumes, laughter, and a real sense of togetherness. Residents, families, friends, and local supporters all joined us for the occasion, enjoying a range of Halloween-themed activities, delicious treats, and plenty of spooky surprises.
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that the event raised an incredible £732.64, which takes us over our fundraising target of £1600 for Make-A-Wish UK! With this achievement, we are proud to be helping grant life-changing wishes for children living with critical illnesses, and it’s all thanks to the generosity and kindness of everyone involved.
A big thank you goes out to our wonderful staff team, whose hard work and dedication made this event such a success. From planning and decorating to ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day, we couldn’t have done it without you. We’re so lucky to have such a committed and caring team supporting our home.
We also want to extend our gratitude to the families, friends, and loved ones of our residents, as well as the members of our local community who came along to join in the fun. Your continued support means the world to us, and it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces celebrating alongside us.
Finally, a big thank you to everyone who contributed to our fundraising efforts – whether by attending the event, making donations, or simply spreading the word. Together, we’ve made a real difference for an amazing cause.
