Our Values at Springvale Care Home

Springvale Care Home is built on the ethos that each individual should be given every opportunity to live an enriched and independent life in a supportive and caring environment. We strive to create a friendly environment where all residents and visitors feel as though they are a member of our family.

Providing expert guidance and assistance to family and friends as well as residents who live with us, is a vital step towards being the most efficient carers we can be. We place significant focus on developing relationships between staff, residents, and their families, which has allowed us to have a much deeper understanding of our residents to enhance the care we provide.

Our residential and nursing support team are here to help residents live an independent life with as much or as little support as they wish; we endeavour to promote and maintain independence and choice for all residents, enabling every person to live a dignified and fulfilled life. Our appreciation and understanding of the importance in developing deep and long-lasting relationships with residents has allowed us to create personalised care plans for each of our residents.

Doing More Than What’s Expected

Our caregivers understand the importance of establishing relationships with our residents and their loved ones in order to successfully offer individualised, high quality care. Here at Springvale Care Home, we strive to create an environment where residents feel prepared to face the day ahead; exceptional amenities coupled with continually working as a team helps us achieve this, and ensure all residents are the happiest they can be.

Care Customised to You

Person-centred Care is our main driver when supporting our residents, and recognising their individuality plays a big role within that. Working alongside our residents we create adaptable and personalised care plans that can be adjusted as and when required. Each resident is assigned a nurse who will learn each resident’s requirements, preferences and interests allowing them to deliver the correct level of care.
