I have 20 years of experience within the private care sector, starting at the age of 16 in a care home setting supporting residents living with a variety of specialised illness and cognitive impairment. I wanted to develop within my role and chose to go to university in 2014 to train as an Adult Nurse. Upon graduating I remained within the private sector however my primary job was within the NHS specialising in Oncology, before moving on to Community Palliative nursing and supporting people to remain within their own home as they near end of life.
I am passionate about providing care that is unique to each person, respects their wishes and promotes positive outcomes and experience within a care home setting. Springvale is a one of a kind home, that focuses hugely on spending quality time together as a family.
Lynne has over 10 years of administration experience and has worked at Springvale for 3 years. Lynne loves coming to work as the residents and staff are amazing.
