Victor has worked in the care home sector for over 35 years in a variety of roles such as a Nurse, Deputy Manager, Regional Director and more recently Home Manager. With so many years under his belt, things can often become repetitive, however Victor feels that joining the team at Springvale has been refreshing, the team is amazing and together they have a passion to provide outstanding care.
Stephanie joined the Springvale team in February 2020 as the Clinical Services Manager and has since been promoted to the Deputy Manager role. She brings a wealth of experience to her role with her background in adult nursing and on gaining her nursing degree she specialised in oncology and palliative care. Stephanie has overs 11 years experience in a variety of care and nursing roles and takes great delight in supporting such a dedicated team who focus on delivering care that is unique to each resident.
Lynne has over 10 years of administration experience and has worked at Springvale for 3 years. Lynne loves coming to work as the residents and staff are amazing.
Amy gained her BSc in Adult Nursing in 2014 and she worked briefly in the acute sector before realising that her passion was care of the elderly. Amy joined the team in Springvale in 2017 when the home opened.
Elspeth is an integral part of the Springvale family and is so passionate about making a positive difference to the residents day. Bringing joy and a smile to the residents face means the world to her.
Annemarie previously worked in care for many years and worked as a night shift care assistant at Springvale before moving to housekeeping. Annemarie loves spending time chatting with and getting to know the residents.
Pat has been a key member of the Springvale team for a couple of teams and is the man who can fix it. Pat enjoys helping out the residents and staff with any requests and describes working at Springvale as being more like family than a workplace.
Allison has owned and worked in salons for over 30 years and has done voluntary hair in care homes. Allison loves the stories and job satisfaction of working with our residents.
