Introducing our New Bluebell Unit, Opening Soon

At Springvale Care Home, we are currently making final preparations for our brand new Bluebell Unit, which we are delighted to announce will be opening soon.

The unit, which will have a focus on delivering nursing care, will provide accommodation for 28 residents, with the first 11 rooms being available from next month.

The unit is located on the first floor of our home and has had a full refurbishment, including redecoration, new carpets and furniture. As part of the refurbishment, the unit has also been purposely designed to include a range of outstanding onsite facilities such as a sun lounge and sensory room.

The unit also boasts two open-plan lounges and dining rooms which lead onto double balcony areas that offer wonderful views of our gardens and local community and will make excellent additional areas where our residents can grab a moment's peace, soak up the sunshine and read a good book.

As well as offering beautiful en-suite bedrooms, there will also be access to two assisted bathrooms, ensuring our residents can make great use of the unit without having to rely on the facilities in their rooms.

All of our residents, regardless of where in the home they stay, benefit from the homes general facilities. These include a cinema room, private dining room, hairdresser, café, enclosed landscaped garden and library with a whole range of print and audio books.

This expansion comes at an exciting time for Springvale Care Home and we are incredibly delighted to be able to open our home and offer nursing care to even more residents and people in the East Dunbartonshire community.
