The town also features the striking ruins of the Campsie High Kirk, a gothic-style church designed by the same architect and completed in 1828. For a moment of peace and reflection, many enjoy visiting the Schoenstatt retreat centre, which sits quietly in the hills and offers a calming escape. By car, Springvale Care Home is about a 15- to 20-minute drive from Glasgow city centre, depending on traffic. If you prefer public transport, you can take the X85 bus from Buchanan Bus Station to Lennoxtown; once you arrive, it is a short walk or taxi ride to the home.

If you are coming from Stirling, the drive takes roughly 35 minutes via the A891 and connecting roads. Alternatively, you could use public transport to travel toward Lennoxtown via a combination of train and local bus services, depending on schedules.

From Kirkintilloch, Lennoxtown is only about a 10- to 15-minute drive. There are also regular local buses that connect Kirkintilloch and Lennoxtown, offering a convenient option if you do not wish to drive.
