Arts & Crafts

There’s no need to be concerned if you don’t happen to have a creative bone in your body. Anyone can participate in our arts and crafts classes for free and be as creative as they like. Whether you’re a seasoned craftsman or prefer to sit on the sidelines, you’re welcome to do whatever you feel. Our Activities Team is ready to assist you every step of the way.

Let’s Get Creative

Encouraging our residents to use art and crafts to express themselves is a wonderful way to engage and entertain our residents and their families.

There’s something for everyone to take part in at our regular arts and crafts workshops, whether you’ve never picked up a paintbrush or you are an artist at heart – it’s all good fun! For our sessions, we usually have a theme and goal in mind, such as making lavender bags or baking cakes. We also make sure that our creative activities are suitable for individuals of all ages, so your children and grandchildren can join in.

Let Your Imagination Run Wild

Knowing what kind of projects our residents like to take part in is essential to making sure they’re getting the very best level of care from our teams. Our arts & crafts activities often have a seasonal theme such as creating Christmas cards during the festive season, painting daffodils in spring, or playing halloween bingo to name a few. Whether we decide to do our arts and crafts outside in the Summer, or indoors in the Winter, Springvale is the perfect place to let your creativity run free.
