Understanding Your Needs at Springvale Care Home

Our home is built on the belief that each individual should be given every opportunity to live an enriched and independent life in a safe, supportive, caring environment. For those who have higher care needs, we aim to ensure that residents make the most of every day by providing the correct amount of support where necessary.

All staff at Springvale Care Home recognises the value in getting to know each of our residents. We have found that it is fundamental to forge life-long relationships with our residents, due to the immensely positive effects not only on their care plans, but their overall health and happiness. We aim to create an environment in which residents live a fulfilling life, their unique talents are recognised and are appreciated in every way possible.

Caring for Our Residents 

Since day one, our teams have been completely committed to our residents’ contentment and overall well-being. We provide exemplary standards of Residential and Nursing care, as well as Respite and Dementia Care in our beautiful, purpose-built accommodation. 

Our approach is more than meeting care needs, it’s about caring for the health, wellbeing and interests of our residents as a whole, working closely with our residents and their families to create a detailed and bespoke care plan and appoint a named nurse or key worker to ensure consistency of care. 

We pride ourselves on the standards of care delivered by our highly trained and motivated team. Our home has its own staff training room and a staff training programme plan to ensure all staff are kept up to date with current methods and guidance.
